Steiner Product Service
If you are experiencing any problems with your Steiner binocular or
accessory, please first review the Steiner manual for helpful tips and
information. Keep in mind that exterior parts which show wear from
usage, are not covered under the Steiner warranty.
If you require repair service, please contact your local authorized
Steiner dealer. Your dealer may be able to perform basic repairs at
their location under Steiner warranty guidelines. Check the Steiner
website dealer locator for an authorized Steiner dealer near you.
You may also ship the binocular by prepaid postage or freight to the
address below. Prior to shipping, please make sure to obtain a return
authorization number by emailing or calling the Steiner service
center: service@steiner-binoculars.com or 800-257-7742
When Emailing please include:
Full Name
Address
Contact Telephone Number
& Binocular Model
Once you have a return authorization number, please complete the RA
form (download the PDF) below and enter all required information
including the RA #. Then ship the Steiner product to our authorized
service center, located in the US, at the address provided below:
Be sure to insure your shipment in the event of loss or damage during
transit.

Please include the following with your shipment:

Completed RA Form.

Please also mark the outside of the shipping carton with your
return address.

A copy of your original purchase receipt and Credit card # or
check/money order for Shipping & Handling in the amount of $18
payable to Pioneer Research. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please
sign cardholder's authorization on the RA Form.
Please allow about 2 to 3 weeks turnaround time for processing and
repairs. Let us know if you require any rush service and we will do
our best to accommodate your needs. After service is complete, we will
return your Steiner product via UPS Ground shipping service (if
applicable).
You will be notified in advance of any repair charges for the service
being performed that is not covered under warranty or you may
pre-authorize us to do non-warranty repairs up to a pre-set limit. If
the charges are higher, you will be notified. Again, please fill out
the RA form completely.
